Frequency

Attendance will be taken twice daily at 9:30 am and again at 12:40 pm.

Participation

Students are expected to be online and participating for the full duration of synchronous learning each school day.

  • Kindergarten: 180 Minutes
  • Grades 1 to 8: 225 Minutes

Assignments required to be completed by students are uploaded to the virtual learning environment during asynchronous learning.

Reporting An Absence

If a student is unable to participate in the instructional program for part of or a whole day, please email the attendance line.

 

Reporting That Your Child Will Be Late

If your child arrives to class after 9:30am or 12:10pm, they will be recorded as absent. To have this corrected, please e-mail the attendance line with their time of arrival.
